摘 要:为了查明某井5"加重钻杆焊区周向裂纹产生的原因,对钻杆焊缝样品进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、力学性能分析、裂纹显微形貌分析。结果表明,焊缝区域的裂纹为钻杆焊缝生产过程中产生的缺陷,该裂纹在服役过程中未发生延伸扩展。钻杆焊缝在摩擦焊接后未及时进行退火处理消除残余应力,在飞边根部产生了小裂纹,然后在生产运输过程中或车削过程中飞边受到轴向力作用,裂纹进一步扩展。In order to find out the cause of circumferential crack in weld zone of a 5" weighted drill pipe in a well, the macro analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance analysis, and crack micromorphology analysis were carried out for the weld samples of the failed drill pipe. The results show that the crack in the weld zone is a defect generated during the production process of the drill pipe welding seam. The crack don’t extend during service. The welding seam of the drill pipe is not annealed in time after friction welding to eliminate residual stress, and a small crack is produced at the root of flange. In the process of production transportation or machining, the flash is subjected to axial force, and the crack expands further.
