摘　　要：文章通过对某改建楼栋施工全过程进行分析,对改建施工前所需红线内外准备工作,施工过程中钢外架搭设、静压锚杆桩施工、结构拆除、底板切割、新建主体结构等关键节点和重难点进行了论述,明确了改建施工管理要点和措施,解决了改建施工中的部分复杂难题,并取得了良好的施工效果,对后续改建项目施工和管理具有一定参考和借鉴意义。Based on the analysis of the whole construction process of a reconstructed building, this paper analyzes the internal and external preparations for the red line before the reconstruction construction, and discusses the key nodes and major difficulties such as the erection of the steel outer frame, the construction of the static pressure anchor piles,the structural demolition, the bottom plate cutting, and building new main structure during the construction process,clarifies the key points and measures of the reconstruction construction management, solves some complex problems in the reconstruction construction, and achieves good construction results,which has certain referential significance for the construction and management of subsequent reconstruction projects.
