摘 要:准噶尔盆地滴南区块勘探前景广阔,但石炭系地层发育玄武岩、角砾岩等极硬地层,岩石强度高、提速难度大。为此,文章介绍了多维冲击器在该地区火成岩地层中的提速应用。多维冲击钻井提速技术利用钻井液水力能量,诱发钻井流体发生自激振荡而产生冲击载荷,并利用转换结构将该冲击载荷分解为轴向冲击和扭转冲击。将多维冲击器在滴南区块进行了现场应用,相比邻井,应用井分别在三叠系平均提速113.3%,在梧桐沟组平均提速224.3%,在石炭系平均提速122.7%。该工具性能稳定,原理简单,为极硬地层钻井提速提供了有效手段。The Dinan block in Junggar Basin has broad exploration prospects, but the Carboniferous strata develop extremely hard strata such as basalt and breccia, which have high rock strength and are difficult to speed up. Therefore, this paper introduces the speed-up application of multi-dimensional impactor in the igneous rock strata in the region. Multi-dimensional impact drilling speed-up technology uses the hydraulic energy of drilling fluid to induce self-excited oscillation of drilling fluid and generate impact load. The impact load is decomposed into axial impact and torsional impact by conversion structure. The multi-dimensional impactor was applied in the Dinan block. Compared with the adjacent wells, the average speed of the applied wells was increased by 113.3% in Triassic,224.3% in Wutonggou Formation and 122.7% in Carboniferous respectively. The tool has stable performance and simple principle, which provides an effective means for increasing drilling speed in extremely hard strata.
