摘　　要：建筑工程是整个社会发展的支柱产业和基础行业,对建筑工程施工项目进行科学、合理的经济管理,不仅能够为后续的工程施工和工程管理打下良好的基础,更能够帮助建筑单位进行成本的集约化和资源的最大化调配,在竞争中赢得先决地位。对此,文章分析了建筑工程项目进行经济管理的必要性和重要性,随后针对实际经济管理遇到的问题和难点提出了相应的建议,希望能够帮助建筑单位取得良好的经济效益。Construction engineering is the pillar industry and basic industry for the development of the whole society. The scientific and reasonable economic management of the construction engineering can not only lay a good foundation for the subsequent engineering construction and engineering management, but also help construction units to intensify costs and maximize the allocation of resources, and win a decisive position in the competition. In this regard, This paper analyzes the necessity and importance of economic management of construction engineering, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems and difficulties encountered in actual economic management, hoping to help construction units to achieve good economic benefits.
