摘 要:BIM用于建设项目中较好地满足了新时期对建筑产业提出的要求,利用BIM技术改进传统项目实施模式,能显著增加项目的综合效益。文章首先概述BIM技术,然后总结以BIM技术为基础的工程设计优化模式,再结合具体工程案例深入探究该项技术在智慧工地建设活动中的应用情况,希望能为BIM技术的推广应用提供一定理论支持。BIM is used in construction projects to better meet the requirements of the construction industry in the new era. Using BIM technology to improve the traditional project implementation mode can significantly increase the comprehensive benefits of the project. This paper first outlines the BIM technology, and then summarizes the engineering design optimization mode based on BIM technology. Combined with specific engineering cases, it further explores the application of this technology in smart construction activities,hoping to provide some theoretical support for the popularization and application of BIM technology.
