摘  要:某酒店为旧有现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,考虑到其在地震作用下,某些结构指标不能完全满足现行规范要求,故采用软钢剪切板阻尼墙对该结构进行消能减震设计。文章利用MIDAS软件对结构进行多遇地震和罕遇地震下的时程分析。根据该结构的建筑使用功能及阻尼墙的布置原理,经过多轮优化计算,最终确定软钢剪切板阻尼墙的布置位置。分析结果表明,该消能减震结构能显著减轻结构的地震响应,提高结构的抗震性能。A hotel is an old cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure. Considering that some structural indexes cannot fully meet the requirements of the current specification under earthquake action, the soft steel shear plate damping wall is used for the energy dissipation and shock absorption design of the structure. In this paper, MIDAS software is used to analyze the time history of the structure under frequent earthquakes and rare earthquakes. According to the building function of the structure and the layout principle of the damping wall, the layout position of the damping wall of the soft steel shear plate is finally determined after several rounds of optimization calculation. The analysis results show that the energy dissipation and shock absorption structure can significantly reduce the seismic response of the structure and improve its seismic performance.
