摘 要:文章以广州市某办公建筑为研究对象,研究将导热系数低且储热能力强的相变储热泡沫混凝土应用于建筑墙体围护结构中,借助Energy Plus建筑能耗模拟软件对采用不同围护结构的建筑进行能耗模拟,对比分析相变墙体对建筑能耗和舒适性的影响。研究结果表明,普通墙体的办公楼制冷能耗为904.14 GJ,而相变墙体的办公楼制冷能耗仅为875.89 GJ,采用相变墙体的办公楼有3.12%的节能效果;设计日逐时负荷变化及PMV-PPD指标均降低,从而表明相变墙体可有效降低日间峰值负荷、提升室内舒适度,达到“削峰”节能的目的。This paper studies the application of the phase change heat storage foam concrete with low thermal conductivity and strong heat storage capacity in the building wall enclosure structure. Taking an office building in Guangzhou as the research object, the energy consumption of buildings with different enclosure structures is simulated by EnergyPlus building energy consumption simulation software,and the influence of phase change wall on building energy consumption and comfort is compared and analyzed. The results show that the refrigeration energy consumption of office building with ordinary wall is 904.14 GJ, while that of office building with phase change wall is only 875.89 GJ.The office building with phase change wall has 3.12% energy saving effect. The design daily hourly load change and PMV-PPD index are both reduced, indicating that the phase change wall can effectively reduce the daytime peak load,improve indoor comfort, and achieve the purpose of "peak shaving" and energy saving.
