花都石角水厂排泥水处理工艺设计

摘　　要：花都石角水厂位于流溪河上游,供水规模最高达20.0万m~3/d,排泥水处理工艺采用排泥水调节、重力浓缩、污泥脱水。文章首先对花都石角水厂排水排泥池、浓缩池及污泥脱水车间的设计要点进行了介绍,然后对工艺设计要点及优化方向进行了分析总结,研究成果可为其他净水厂排泥水处理提供相关参考。Huadu Shijiao water plant is located in the upstream of Liuxi River, with a water supply scale of up to 200 000 m~3/d. The sludge water treatment process adopts sludge water regulation, gravity concentration and sludge dewatering. This paper first introduces the design points of the drainage sludge tank, thickening tank and sludge dewatering workshop of Huadu Shijiao water plant, and then analyzes and summarizes the process design points and optimization direction. The research results can provide relevant references for the sludge treatment of other water purification plants.
