摘  要:宁波钢铁有限公司具有两款Q355B生产工艺,即含铌Q355B和含钛Q355B。生产含铌Q355B时,易发生面翘皮缺陷,主要可通过降低对应钢种二冷配水,提高连铸机生产拉速和维持连铸机精度等一系列措施进行改善;生产含钛Q355B时,钛元素控制不稳定,通过改善脱氧合金化方式和管控生产过程等一系列措施,成分命中率得到提高。文章对此进行了详细介绍。Ningbo Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has two production processes for Q355B, namely niobium-containing Q355B and titanium-containing Q355B. In the production of niobium-containing Q355B, the surface warping defects are prone to occur, which can be improved by reducing the secondary cooling water distribution of the corresponding steel type and increasing the production speed and maintaining the accuracy of the continuous casting machine. In the production of titanium-containing Q355B, the control of titanium element is unstable. Through a series of measures such as improving the deoxidation alloying method and controlling the production process, the component hit rate has been improved. This paper introduces it in detail.
