摘 要:为了解决输水管道锈蚀造成的饮用水水质降低的问题,管道消隐改造是最主要的方法。通过非开挖管道内壁修复技术进行除锈、加内衬等方法,可使管壁光洁如新,对水质无不良影响,能够避免二次污染。其中,管道内喷涂技术以其独有的技术优势,解决了老旧给水管道内壁锈蚀结垢造成的水质污染问题,提高了管道的供水能力,与传统的开挖换管修复方式相比,有着显著的经济和社会效益。文章通过介绍大、小管径内喷涂的技术原理和施工工艺,结合慧忠里小区管道改造项目,进一步说明内喷涂技术在大、小管径给水管道内壁修复施工中的优越性,以供相关研究人员参考。In order to solve the problem of drinking water quality reduction caused by water pipeline corrosion, the reconstruction of pipelines to eliminate hidden dangers is the most important method. The methods of removing rust and adding lining through the inner wall repair technology of trenchless pipelines can make the wall as clean as new without adverse effect on water quality, which can avoid secondary pollution. Among them, the pipeline internal spraying technology solves the water quality pollution caused by the corrosion and scaling on the inner wall of the old water supply pipelines and also improves the pipelines’ water supply capacity with its unique technical advantages. Compared with the traditional excavation and pipe replacement repair method, it has obvious economic and social benefits. This paper introduces the technical principles and construction process of internal spraying technology for pipelines with large and small diameters, and further illustrates the superiority of internal spraying technology in the inner wall repair construction of water supply pipelines with large and small diameters in combination with the pipeline reconstruction project in Huizhongli Community, so as to provide references for relevant researchers.
