摘 要:随着城镇生活污水处理提质增效工作的开展,关注点已从以往的污水处理率和化学需氧量(COD)向污水收集率和生化需氧量(BOD5)转变。污水管道是污水收集和传输的重要介质,保障其安全健康运行不仅是解决当地黑臭水体源头污染的根本措施,也是实现污水收集量和进水污染物浓度“双提升”目标的重要内容。文章以老旧污水管道修复工程设计施工的重难点为切入点,结合笔者在老旧污水管道修复工程实施中的经验,提出了几点可行性较高的应对措施,以期能够对老旧污水管道修复工作的顺利推进提供一些有意义的参考。With the progress of improving the quality and efficiency of urban domestic sewage treatment, the focus has changed from the previous sewage treatment rate and chemical oxygen demand(COD) to the sewage collection rate and biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5). Sewage pipeline is an important medium for sewage collection and transmission. Ensuring its safe and healthy operation is not only the fundamental measure to solve the source pollution of local black and odorous water body, but also an important content to achieve the goal of "double promotion" of sewage collection volume and influent pollutant concentration. This paper takes the key and difficult points of the old sewage pipeline repair project design and construction as the breakthrough point. Combined with the author’s experience in the implementation of the old sewage pipeline repair project, it puts forward some feasible countermeasures in order to provide some meaningful references for the smooth progress of the old sewage pipeline repair work.
