摘　　要：项目施工管理是保障建设施工项目顺利进行的重要内容,数字化建设能够有效地弥补传统施工管理中存在的缺陷,并借助先进技术提高项目施工管理的效能。建设施工的数字化管理具有较高的难度,要求企业的管理者必须熟练掌握先进的数字化技术,提高自身的管理水平和专业素质。文章通过总结建筑工程数字化施工管理中存在的问题,分析建筑工程数字化施工管理体系的具体组成,并探讨建筑工程数字化施工管理的重点及具体技术应用,最后提出了加强建筑工程数字化施工管理的相关建议,以供参考。Project construction management is an important part to ensure the smooth progress of construction projects.Digital construction can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional construction management, and improve the efficiency of project construction management with advanced technology. The digital management of construction has high difficulty, requiring managers of enterprises to master advanced digital technology and improve their management level and professional quality. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the digital construction management of construction projects, analyzes the specific composition of the digital construction management system of construction projects, and discusses the key points and specific technical applications of the digital construction management of construction projects. Finally, it puts forward relevant suggestions to strengthen the digital construction management of construction projects for reference.
