摘　　要：[研究目的]深入探讨大国竞争视阈下的国防科技情报工作,为国防科技创新提供积极有力支持,促进国家整体保持稳定安全并在大国竞争中积累更多战略优势。[研究方法]从大国竞争、国防科技信息资源、国防科技情报等基础概念出发,综合解构大国竞争下国防科技情报工作的理论机制。在此基础上,采用历史与现实相结合方式,深入诠释国防科技情报工作在大国竞争下更加复杂多变的新特征及其需要把握战略重点的新要求。[研究结论]发现情报信息错综复杂、原有发展显著不足、外部环境日趋严峻等困难挑战,就此构建出以协同多方主体、合理共建共享、创新方式方法、统筹规划设计、优化布局结构等为基本内容的实践策略模型,为大国竞争下的国防科技情报工作提供基本指导。[Research purpose]To discuss the work of national defense science and technology intelligence(NDSTI)from the perspective of great-power competition,so as to provide active and effective support for defense science and technology innovation,as well as to accumulate more strategic advantages in the great-power competition and promote the overall stability and security of China.[Research method]Starting from the basic concepts of great-power competition,national defense science and technology information resources,and NDSTI,this paper comprehensively deconstructs the theoretical mechanism of NDSTI work under great-power competition.Besides,by the means of combining history and reality,the more complex and changeable features of NDSTI work under great-power competition are clarified,meanwhile,its new requirements for grasping strategic priorities are also interpreted.[Research conclusion]It is found that the intelligence information of NDSTI work is complex,the original development is significantly insufficient,the external environment is increasingly difficult as well as other difficulties and challenges are endless.In this way,the author constructs a practical strategy model that concludes the fundamental contents of multiple parties'efficient collaboration,reasonably co-constructing and sharing,methods and patterns'innovation,overall planning and design,and layout structure optimization,which may provide basic guidance for NDSTI work under the great-power competition.
