摘　　要：[研究目的]多元文化关系是“一带一路”建设所面临的一大挑战。决策者在经济决策或安全决策过程中有必要将静态性与动态性社会文化信息纳入决策参考。[研究方法]综合运用专家访谈、问卷调查、结构方程模型等方法,揭示影响“一带一路”建设决策优化的社会文化因素及其影响程度和路径,进而得出社会文化情报对“一带一路”决策优化的路径分析图,量化揭示社会文化情报支援与决策优化之间的路径关系。[研究结论]为社会文化情报的应用研究开辟新的领域,进一步丰富社会文化情报的理论体系以及研究与应用方法体系。[Research purpose]Multicultural relations are a major challenge for the construction of OBOR.In the process of making economic or security decisions,the static and dynamic socio-cultural intelligence should be taken into consideration by decision-makers.[Research method]By integrated use of expert interview,questionnaire investigation and SEM,the social and cultural factors that influence the optimization of OBOR construction decision and the degree and path of their influence are revealed.Quantification reveals the path relationship between socio-cultural intelligence support and decision-making optimization.[Research conclusion]It opens up a new field for the applied research of socio-cultural intelligence and further enriches the theoretical system as well as socio-cultural intelligence research and application method system.
