摘　　要：[研究目的]作为与《孙子兵法》并称为“孙氏之学”的经典兵书,20世纪70年代出土的《孙膑兵法》包含完善的“由知而战”思维逻辑和情报思想,这对于推动古典情报研究具有重大的补充价值。[研究方法]在现代情报理论指导下,梳理和分析《孙膑兵法》以情报为内核的“知战”思想,系统地阐发其在情报搜集、情报分析和反情报等方面的内容和特征,探究其“由知而战”的作战逻辑和情报体系。[研究结论]在“兵者不可不察”的思想指导下,《孙膑兵法》形成了与阵法紧密结合、具有一定兵阴阳色彩的“知道”情报体系,尤其是在“相敌”方面足以与《孙子兵法》的情报思想相媲美,但也存在明显的重理论分析而轻具体阐释的不足。[Research purpose]Sun Bin's Art of War,unearthed in the 1970s,is regarded as a classic military book,just as classic as Sun Tzu's Art of War,the two together is called"Sun's Theory".Sun Bin's Art of War also contains rich intelligence ideas,which is a great supplement for promoting the research on ancient intelligence theory.[Research method]On the basis of modularizing and analyzing the intelligence thought of Sun Bin's Art of War,this paper systematically expounds its theoretical content and basic characteristics in intelligence collection,intelligence analysis and counter-intelligence.[Research conclusion]Under the guidance of"the soldier must be observed",Sun Bin's Art of War has formed a"know"intelligence system that is closely integrated with the formation method and has a certain color of yin and yang of soldiers.The intelligence thought is comparable in predicting the enemy to what is illustrated in Sun Tzu's Art of War,while there are obvious deficiencies in focusing on theoretical analysis rather than specific interpretation.
