富勒机械化战争军事情报思想研究

摘　　要：[研究目的]富勒是19世纪末20世纪初最重要的军事理论家之一。学界对富勒的机械化战争理论的研究较为深入,但鲜有关注其军事情报思想。纵观其毕生著作,富勒非常注重探究情报工作的本质及时代特性,形成了许多富有创见的看法。[研究方法]运用文献分析法对富勒的代表著作进行文本分析,梳理其提出的机械化战争军事情报思想的主要方面,运用比较研究法对富勒军事情报思想进行历史维度的定位。[研究结论]富勒对情报的作用价值、活动范畴、侦察手段、组织方式及反情报进行了全方位重新定位,其情报思想具有超前性和预测性,蕴含了辩证法的思想,源于战争实践并对英国的情报工作产生了重要的影响,极大丰富了机械化战争时期的情报思想。[Research purpose]J.F.C.Fuller was one of the most important military theorists in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.At present,most of academics focus on the study of his theory of mechanized warfare,but little attention is paid to his contribution to military intelligence thought.However,throughout his life's writings,Fuller paid great attention to exploring the essence and times characteristics of intelligence work and put forward many creative views.His military intelligence thoughts deserve in-depth analysis.[Research method]This paper uses the method of literature analysis to analyze Fuller's representative works,sorts out his main opinions in the field of military intelligence,and adopts the comparative research method to identify the historical position of his military intelligence thought.[Research conclusion]Fuller relocated the value,domain,means and organization of military intelligence and counterintelligence.His military intelligence thoughts are advanced and predictive,containing dialectical thoughts,originating from war practices and exerting an important influence on British intelligence work,which greatly enriched intelligence thought during the mechanized war period.
