摘　　要：文章分析了基因信息隐私权的内容及其特征,认为我国对该隐私的保护处于立法空白的状态且大众的个体基因信息保护意识低下,并提出制定专门的《基因法》等完善性建议。This paper analyzes the content and characteristics of the privacy right of genetic information,and concludes that the privacy protection is in the blank state of legislation and the public individual gene information protection consciousness is low in China,and puts forward some perfect suggestions such as formulating special Gene Law.
