摘　　要：精神障碍妇女在妊娠期接受医疗服务时,其知情同意权、疾病认知权和平等医疗权时常被侵犯;分析现阶段我国精神障碍妇女在妊娠期接受医疗服务时的实务案例,其权益受损的具体情形包括但不限于可能存在的过度医疗、违背本人意愿的医学干预以及监护人失职等,故结合目前我国立法对精神障碍孕妇权益保护的相关规定,从医疗机构和人员、社区干预以及社会救助等方面,提出了相应的法治建议。When women with mental disorders receive medical services during pregnancy, their rights of informed consent, disease cognition and equal medical treatment are often violated. This paper analyzes the practical cases of women with mental disorders receiving medical services during pregnancy in China, finds out that the specific situations of their rights and interests impairments include but are not limited to possible excessive medical treatment, medical intervention against their will, and their guardians’, thus puts forward corresponding suggestions on the rule of law from the aspects of medical institutions and personnel, community intervention and social relief based on the current regulations of Chinese legislation on rights and interests protection of pregnant women with mental disorders.
