摘 要:目的 应用职业病危害作业分级的方法评价某石灰岩采石场职业病危害现状,探讨该方法用于职业病危害现状评价的适用性和实用性。方法 2021年笔者采用职业病危害作业分级与职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测法相结合对某石灰石采石场职业病危害现状进行评价。结果 生产过程中工人接触的主要职业病危害因素为石灰石粉尘和噪声,露天钻爆岗位粉尘作业分级结果为Ⅰ级,巷道钻爆、矿石破碎、铲车驾驶等岗位粉尘作业分级结果为0级,巷道钻爆岗位噪声作业分级结果为Ⅲ级,矿石破碎岗位噪声作业分级结果为Ⅱ级。结论 职业病危害作业分级能够对工作场所职业病危害因素的危害程度进行定量评价,在用人单位职业病危害现状评价工作中具有一定的实用性。Objective To discuss the applicability and practicability of the method of classification of occupational hazards, this paper applied the method to the status quo assessment of occupational hazard in a limestone quarry.Methods The methods of classification of occupational hazards, occupational health investigation and occupational health testing were combined for the evaluation.Results The main occupational hazard factors in the producing process the workers exposed to were limestone dust and noise. Dust concentration in workplaces of open drilling and blasting was classified as Class Ⅰ, and dust concentration in workplaces of tunnel drilling and blasting, ore crushing and forklift driving was Class 0. Noise intensity was classified as Class Ⅲ in workplaces of tunnel drilling and blasting, and Noise intensity in workplaces of ore crushing was Class Ⅱ.Conclusion Classification of occupational hazards can quantitatively evaluate the degree of occupational hazard factors at workplace, which is practical in the status quo assessment of occupational hazard in employing units.
