摘  要:目的 掌握山东省铅蓄电池行业尘毒危害接触及防护现状,为企业和监管部门提供职业病危害专项治理的科学依据。方法 于2018年7—10月对全省22家铅蓄电池生产企业的原辅材料、工艺流程、职业卫生管理等环节进行现场调研,对存在的危害因素进行现场采样/测量和实验室分析。结果 存在的主要职业病危害因素不同程度超标,2018年和2021年铅尘、铅烟、噪声和高温符合率分别为52.7%和70.9%、62.4%和78.9%、85.7%和91.5%、39.1%和69.2%,其余基本符合要求,部分企业职业病危害防护设施设置不全或设置不合理等。结论 应大力推进新技术、新工艺、新设备、新材料的应用,加大对工程防护设施的改造,强化用人单位的责任意识,切实从源头上控制和消除职业病危害,提高职业病防治的整体水平。Objective To provide the scientific basis for the special management of occupational disease for enterprises and regulatory authorities, this paper further investigated the status of dust and poison exposure and protection in lead battery industry in Shandong Province.Methods The raw and auxiliary materials, technological process and occupational health management of 22 enterprises were investigated on site, and the hazard factors were sampled/measured on site and analyzed in laboratory.Results The main occupational-disease-inductive factors exceeded the standard at different degrees. The coincidence rate of lead dust, lead smoke, noise and high temperature were respectively 52.7% and 70.9%, 62.4% and 78.9%, 85.7% and 91.5%, 39.1% and 69.2% in 2018 and 2021, and the occupational-disease-inductive protection facilities in some enterprises were incomplete or unreasonable.Conclusion Based on the analysis mentioned, we need to vigorously promote the application of new technology, new process, new equipment, new materials, strengthen the reconstruction of engineering protection facilities, strengthen the employers ’sense of responsibility, effectively control and eliminate occupational disease hazards from the source, and finally improve the overall level of occupational disease prevention.
