摘 要:研究了用于水溶液中氨脱除/富集的高温气态膜过程,采用PTFE中空纤维微孔疏水膜的膜接触器,以稀硫酸为吸收剂,从高温含氨水溶液中提取氨,以获得更高的总传质系数K和氨脱除率η.研究了料液浓度、流速、温度和吸收液pH等操作条件对传质性能的影响,检验了高温条件下PTFE膜组件长期运行的稳定性.实验结果表明,K和η明显随操作温度的升高而升高,如K从25℃下的9.17×10^(-6)m/s提高到75℃下的2.86×10^(-5)m/s;但料液流速和浓度对K和η几乎没有影响.基于传质机理的数学模型可以描述料液温度、浓度、流速、吸收液pH对K的影响.间歇实验结果表明,高温下氨的富集倍数略低于常温下的,但仍大于18.在连续高温运行的3个月内,膜组件表现出了良好的性能稳定性,K和η几乎没有变化.本研究为气态膜技术处理高温含氨废水的工业化应用提供了基本实验数据和基础理论分析.The supported-gas-membrane process was investigated for the removal/enrichment of ammonia from aqueous solution, by using membrane contactor made of microporous hydrophobic PTFE hollow fibers and using dilute sulfuric acid as the stripping solution, in order to obtain higher mass transfer coefficient and ammonia removal rate at high temperature. The influence of the operating conditions such as feed concentration, feed flowrate, feed temperature and pH of the stripping solution on the membrane performance was tested, and the long-term operation stability test at the high-temperature condition was also performed. The experimental results indicated that the overall mass transfer coefficient K and the ammonia removal rate η increased greatly with the increase of operation temperature. For instance, K increased from 9.17×10^(-6)m/s at 25 ℃ to 2.86×10^(-5)m/s at 75 ℃;However, the feed concentration and flowrate had almost no influence on K and η. The mathematical model based on mass transfer mechanism can describe well the influence of feed temperature, feed concentration, feed flow rate and pH of the stripping solution on K. The results of batch experiments showed that the enrichment of ammonia at high temperature was slightly lower than that at ambient temperature, but still more than 18 times.Within 3 months of continuous test, the membrane module showed good performance stability, and K and η were almost unchanged. This study provides experimental data and lays a theoretical foundation for the industrial application of supported-gas-membrane for ammonia removal at high temperature.
