摘  要:目的了解安徽省护理人力资源配置现状,为安徽省护理人员资源配置提供依据。方法通过查询《2021年安徽统计年鉴》及《2021年中国卫生健康统计年鉴》获取相关数据,运用秩和比综合评价法对2020年安徽省16个市的护理人力资源配置进行分析评价。结果2020年安徽省的16个市中滁州市的医护比、床护比、护士占卫生技术人员比例均为最高,合肥市每千人口注册护士数最高;宿州市的医护比、护士占卫生技术人员比例、每千人口注册护士数均为最低,芜湖市的床护比最低。2020年安徽省护理人力资源配置最高的是滁州市,秩和比值为0.92,配置最低的是宿州市,秩和比值为0.08;2020年安徽省护理人力资源配置可分为3档,其中宿州市、池州市、安庆市3个市处于1档(低),六安市、马鞍山市、芜湖市、铜陵市、亳州市、阜阳市、宣城市、淮北市、黄山市及淮南市10个市处于2档(中),蚌埠市、合肥市、滁州市3个市处于3档(高)。结论安徽省护理人力资源配置总体不足,地域差异较大,建议管理者因地制宜,合理规划安徽省护理人力资源配置。Objective To understand the current situation of the allocation of nursing human resources in Anhui province,so as to provide evidences for the allocation of nursing personnel in Anhui province.Methods Relevant data was obtained from"2021 Anhui statistical yearbook"and"2021 national health and health statistical yearbook".Then the comprehensive evaluation method of rank sum ratio was used to analyze and evaluate the allocation of nursing human resources from 16 cities in Anhui province in 2020.Results In 2020,among the 16 cities in Anhui province,there were the highest doctor-nurse ratio,bed-nurse ratio,and the ratio of nurses to health technicians in Chuzhou,while the number of registered nurses per thousand people was highest in Hefei.However,the lowest doctor-nurse ratio,nurses-health technicians ratio and the number of registered nurses per thousand population were observed in Suzhou,with the lowest bed-nurse ratio in Wuhu.In 2020,Chuzhou had the highest allocation of nursing human resources in Anhui province,with a rank-sum ratio of 0.92,while Suzhou had the lowest allocation,with a rank-sum ratio of 0.08.The allocation of nursing human resources in Anhui province in 2020 can be divided into 3 levels,among which Suzhou,Chizhou and Anqing were of the first level(low),and Liu′an,Maanshan,Wuhu,Tongling,Bozhou,Fuyang,Xuancheng,Huaibei,Huangshan and Huainan were of the second level(middle).Three cities,Bengbu,Hefei and Chuzhou were of the third level(high).Conclusion The overall allocation of nursing human resources in Anhui province is not perfect,with great regional differences.It is suggested that managers should adjust measures according to local conditions and reasonably plan the allocation of nursing human resources in Anhui province.
