外加剂对复合乳液JS防水涂料性能的影响研究

摘　　要：研究了硅烷偶联剂、聚醚改性硅消泡剂和聚羧酸减水剂3种外加剂的添加量对制得的氯丁胶-丙烯酸酯复合乳液JS防水涂料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、吸水率、附着力等的影响。结果表明,与无外加剂时相比,当单独添加1.50%的偶联剂时,涂料的拉伸强度、附着力、硬度显著提高,同时7 d吸水率有所降低;在此基础上复掺0.30%的消泡剂和1.00%的减水剂,可以进一步提升涂料的拉伸性能、与水泥砂浆基的附着力,并降低涂料的吸水率。The effects of the addition amount of silane coupling agent,polyether modified silicon defoamer and polycarboxylic acid water reducer on the tensile strength,elongation at break,water absorption and adhesion of the composite emulsion JS waterproofing coating are studied.The results show that when 1.50%coupling agent is added alone,the tensile strength,adhesion and hardness of the coating are significantly increased,and the water absorption at 7 days is decreased compared with that without additive;on this basis,adding 0.30%defoamer and 1.00%water reducer can further improve the tensile property of the coating,improve the adhesion with cement mortar substrate,and reduce the water absorption of the coating.
