摘 要:介绍了国际主流计量技术机构常用的标准交直流分流器,分析鼠笼结构电流分流器的结构特性和工作原理,使用二端口参数矩阵对分流器进行建模,给出了级联后的整体交直流差计算公式。结合模型分析影响分流器交直流差计量特性的主要影响量,基于理论分析从改进端面板、肋板以及物理对称性等3个方面提出控制寄生参数、减小交直流差的可用措施。选取20 A分流器从保证肋板电流一致性角度进行改进,并在1~100 kHz频率范围内进行了数据对比,验证了改进方法的可行性,并提出了后续研究方向。A brief introduction of the standard AC-DC current shunts which are widely used among international metrology laboratories is presented. And a comprehensive analysis on the structural features and working principles of cage-type current shunts is conducted. And a two-ports parameter matrix model is built and the AC-DC difference formula of the current shunt as a whole through cascade connection is presented. With this mathematic model, main factors influencing the AC-DC difference are given. Based on theoretic analysis, measures to mitigate reactance and improve the AC-DC difference performance are presented regarding modification of the circular sided disk, the crossbar and the physical symmetrical characteristics. A case study on the 20 A rated current shunt is conducted by increasing the current consistency precision along the crossbar. And test results covering 1 to 100 kHz before and after the method on has verified the effectiveness of this method which guides the direction for future research.
