摘  要:分别采用无铬钝化、硅烷钝化、化成和阳极氧化4种表面处理工艺对经过喷砂的6063-T6铝合金进行处理,通过对比表面处理后铝合金的表面形态及其与绝缘环氧树脂浇注后的粘接性能,确定了硅烷钝化处理为最佳,满足了铝合金与绝缘树脂浇注件的拉伸强度不低于57 MPa的要求。Chromium-free passivation,silanization,chemical conversion,and anodic oxidation were carried out individually to treat 6063-T6 aluminum alloy after sandblasting.By comparing the surface morphology of aluminum alloy after surface treatment and the adhesion between aluminum alloy and insulating epoxy resin after casting,it was determined that silanization was the best process meeting the requirement that the tensile strength of the part made by casting epoxy resin on aluminum alloy should not be less than 57 MPa.
