摘  要:针对当前电力输送设施覆盖面广、延伸范围大、线路错综复杂,其电力警示设备耐候性差、耗能高等实际问题,通过以透明度高、附着力强、耐水耐热性优异的氟碳清漆为主要成膜物,选用合适的添加剂以及高亮度、长余辉、稳定性好的稀土发光颜料(SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)),制备了一种耐水耐热的蓄能发光涂料(CF-SrAl_(2)O_(4))。经各种性能测试证实,该涂料可用于电力设施涂装,起到警示作用。Aiming at the poor weather resistance and high energy consumption of power warning equipment for power transmission facilities with broad coverage,large extension,and complicated line configuration at present,a water and heat resistant energy-storage luminescent paint was prepared with a fluorocarbon lacquer featuring high transparency,strong adhesion,and excellent resistance to heat and water as binder,a highly bright,long afterglow,and stable rare earth luminescent pigment(SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)),and some appropriate additives.It was confirmed by various property tests that the home-developed functional paint(CF-SrAl_(2)O_(4))could be used for coating the power facilities with a warning effect.
