乡村在役桥梁安全管理的现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：桥梁作为交通基础设施的重要组成部分之一,一旦损坏将严重影响交通的畅通和人民生命财产安全。中国乡村桥梁的建造时间较早,使用时间较长,受到设计条件、使用、维护质量等因素的限制,其在不同程度上存在安全风险。从乡村在役桥梁现状入手,分析了影响桥梁安全的各项风险因素,介绍了当前桥梁安全管理的通用举措,在理论与实际相结合的基础上提出了加强乡村在役桥梁安全管理的可行举措。Bridges,as one of the important components of transportation infrastructure,are once damaged and they will seriously affect the smooth traffic and the safety of people’s lives and property. The rural bridges in China were built earlier and used for a long time. Restricted by the design conditions, use,maintenance quality and other factors,they have safety risks to different degrees. Starting from the current situation of rural bridges in service,the risk factors affecting bridge safety are analyzed,the general measures of current bridge safety management are introduced,and the feasible measures to strengthen the safety management of rural bridge in service are put forward on the basis of combining theory and practice.
