摘  要:试验将甜菜糖蜜发酵饲料按不同比例添加在肉羊饲粮中,旨在研究其对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质以及表观消化率的作用。选取体重为(21.0±0.2)kg的寒杂羊公羔54只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只羊。分别添加0、10、50 kg/t甜菜糖蜜发酵饲料(对照组、FⅠ组、FⅡ组)。试验共计100 d,预试期10 d,正试期90 d,每30 d进行一次称重,正试期第70天到第80天进行消化代谢试验,正试期结束后,每组选取8只羊屠宰并采样,测定屠宰性能与肉品质指标。结果显示:①各组生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05),但FⅡ组的平均日增重较对照组提高,而采食量低于对照组,饲粮转化率较对照组有所改善。②各试验组胴体重、胴体脂肪含量值无显著差异(P>0.05),FⅡ组肉羊屠宰率、眼肌面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③各组肉品质指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。④FⅡ组粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维以及酸性洗涤纤维的消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组干物质、代谢能的表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,试验采用的发酵饲料可以明显提高饲粮粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酸性洗涤纤维以及中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率,对肉羊的平均日增重有促进作用,能显著提高肉羊的屠宰率,每吨添加50 kg发酵饲料的作用较优。In this experiment,the effect of beet molasses fermented feed on growth,slaughter performance,meat quality,and apparent digestibility of mutton sheep was studied.Fifty-four male Han crossbred lambs with average body weight of(21.0±0.2)kg were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates per group.The diets of the groups were supplemented with 0,10 kg/t and 50 kg/t molasses fermented feed,respectively.The experiment lasted for 100 days,including 10 days adapting period and 90 days formal period 90 days.The feed intake was recorded once daily and lambs were weighed every 30 days.The digestibility trial was carried out from the 70 th to 80 th day of the experiment.After the trial,eight lambs in each group were selected,slaughtered and sampled to measure the slaughter performance and meat quality.The results were shown as the followings:①There were no significant differences in growth performance among all groups(P>0.05),but the average daily gain of FⅡgroup was higher than that of control group,while the feed intake was lower than that of control group,and the dietary conversion rate of FⅡgroup was improved compared with that of control group.②There were no significant differences in carcass weight and carcass fat content value among the experimental groups(P>0.05),dressing percentage and eye muscle area of FⅡgroup were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).③There were no significant differences in meat quality indexes among all groups(P>0.05).④The digestibility of crude protein,ether extract,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in FⅡgroup was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the digestibility of dry matter and metabolizable energy among all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion:the fermented feed adopted in this study could significantly improve the digestibility of dietary crude protein,ether extract,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber,promote the daily gain of meat sheep,and signific
