蒸汽压片玉米对新疆褐牛公牛日增重及采食前后血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为研究饲喂蒸汽压片玉米对新疆褐牛公牛日增重及采食后血清生化指标的影响。选取16头18月龄,体重相近(436.00±23.98)kg的新疆褐牛公牛,随机分为两组。试验组日粮精料使用蒸汽压片玉米,对照组日粮精料使用普通破碎玉米。预试期15 d,正试期180 d,于试验第0、60、120天和180天对褐牛公牛进行空腹称重、体尺测量以及采血,同时对第180天空腹所采血液记作0 h,之后采集进食后1、3、5、7、9 h的血液。结果显示:试验组末体重和日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组血清中的血清总蛋白(total protein,TP)、胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、二酰甘油(diacylglycerol,DG)、生长激素(growth hormone,GH)、胰岛素生长因子-2(insulin-like growth factor 2,IGF-2)在试验末期空腹状态下显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组血清中TP、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、TC、TG、DG、血糖(glucose,GLU)、GH在试验末期饲喂后5 h均显著高出对照组水平(P<0.05)。在饲喂蒸汽压片玉米的过程中,新疆褐牛公牛的平均日增重及血清中TC、TG、DG、TP、丙酮酸(pyruvic acid,PA)等营养物质和GH、IGF-2等激素水平呈现逐渐增长的趋势,在饲喂后血清中TP、BUN、TC、TG、GLU、DG、PA等营养物质呈现先下降后上升的趋势,而GH、胰岛素(insulin,INS)等激素呈现先上升后下降的趋势。由此可见,饲喂蒸汽压片玉米能促进新疆褐牛血清TP、TC、TG、DG、TP、GH、IGF-2等含量的提升,对新疆褐牛生长性能有提升作用。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of feeding steam-pressed corn on daily gain and serum biochemical indices of Xinjiang brown bulls. Sixteen Xinjiang brown bulls age 18 months with similar body weight(436.00±23.98) kg were randomly divided into two groups. The concentrate of experimental group was steam pressed corn, and the concentrate of control group was ordinary crushed corn.The pre-trial lasted for 15 days and formal trial lasted for 180 days. Fasting weighing, body size measurement and blood collection were carried out on day 0, 60, 120 and 180 of the experiment. Meanwhile, fasting blood collected on the 180 th day was recorded as 0 hour, and then blood was collected at 1, 3, 5,7 hours and 9 hours after feeding. The results showed that: Final body weight and daily gain in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), the serum levels of total protein(TP), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), diacylglycerol(DG), growth hormone(GH) and insulin-like growth factor 2(IGF-2)in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group in fasting state at the end of the trial(P<0.05), the serum levels of TP, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), TC, TG, DG, Glucose(GLU)and GH 5 hour after feeding at the end of the trial in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The average daily gain(ADG), serum nutrients such as TC, TG, DG, TP,pyruvic acid(PA) and hormone levels such as GH and IGF-2 of Xinjiang brown bulls showed a trend of during the feeding of steam-pressed corn tablets. After feeding, nutrients such as TP, BUN, TC, TG,GLU, DG and PA in serum showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, while hormones such as GH and insulin(INS) showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. In conclusion, feeding steam pressed flake corn could increase the contents of TP, TC, TG, DG, TP, GH, IGF-2 in serum of Xinjiang brown cattle, and improve the growth performance of Xinjiang brown cattle.
