摘　　要：生产调度是施工企业生产管理中的一项重要任务,在现代化管理中发挥着重要作用。企业生产调度过程中,调度部门应重点关注生产进度、安全生产及各生产工序间的协调等工作,有效提高生产效率,从而提升经济效益。对此,文章通过分析施工企业生产调度的概念及特点,重点分析施工企业生产调度工作中存在的不安全因素,同时提出改进生产调度管理工作的措施。Production scheduling is an important task in production management of construction enterprises and plays an important role in modern management.In the process of enterprise production scheduling,the scheduling department should focus on production progress,safety production and coordination among various production processes,so as to effectively improve production efficiency and economic benefits.In this regard,this paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of production scheduling in construction enterprises,focuses on the insecurity factors existing in the production scheduling work of construction enterprises,and puts forward the measures to improve the management of production scheduling.
