基于绿色管理理念的施工管理创新途径研究

摘　　要：近年来,在建筑行业飞速发展的背景下,项目工程建设过程对周边环境产生的影响愈加严重,一旦项目工程建设环节管控不当,将会对周边地区居民生活造成严重的威胁,引发环境污染及资源浪费问题。因此,在项目工程建设时,管理人员应秉持绿色管理理念,充分发挥出各项管理工作的积极意义,提高资源利用效率,强化生态环境保护,提升建筑单位经济效益。文章分析了绿色管理理念下施工管理创新及绿色施工的意义,重点探讨了基于绿色管理理念的施工管理创新途径,包括养成良好的绿色管理理念、积极转变管理模式、积极应用新型工艺技术、强化建设环节管理、加大人才培养力度等内容,以期为相关技术人员提供参考。In recent years,under the background of the rapid development of the construction industry,the impact of the project construction process on the surrounding environment has become more and more serious.Once the project construction link is not properly controlled,it will pose a serious threat to the lives of residents in the surrounding areas,causing environmental pollution and waste of resources.Therefore,in the project construction,managers should adhere to green management concept,give full play to the positive significance of various management work,improve the resource utilization efficiency,strengthen ecological environment protection,and improve the economic benefits of construction units.This paper analyzes the significance of construction management innovation and green construction under the green management concept,and probes into the construction management innovation approach based on the green management concept,including cultivating good green management concept,actively changing management mode,actively applying new technology,strengthening the management of construction links,and increasing the intensity of personnel training,so as to provide references for relevant technical personnel.
