摘  要:城市暴雨内涝是城市发展中的重要问题之一,是城市疾病的综合体现。我国正面临严重的暴雨洪涝灾害风险,影响城市的可持续发展。我国城市暴雨内涝是由多种因素造成的,其中自然因素主要为气候变暖,人为因素主要为城市建设不合理、城市设防标准升级不足等。为解决城市暴雨内涝问题,文章首先分析了我国发生城市暴雨内涝的多种潜在成因,然后从多个角度论述了现有市政排水系统设计中应对暴雨积水的具体措施,研究成果可为今后安全城市的长期规划和高质量建设提供支持。Urban rainstorm waterlogging is one of the important problems in urban development and a comprehensive manifestation of urban diseases.Our country is facing the serious rainstorm and flood disaster risk,which affects the city’s sustainable development.Urban rainstorm waterlogging in China is caused by many factors,of which natural factors are mainly climate warming,human factors are mainly unreasonable urban construction and insufficient upgrading of urban fortification standards.In order to solve the problem of urban rainstorm waterlogging,this paper first analyzes the various potential causes of urban rainstorm waterlogging in China,and then discusses the specific measures to deal with rainstorm waterlogging in the design of existing municipal drainage system from multiple perspectives.The research results can provide support for the long-term planning and high-quality construction of the safe city in the future.
