摘  要:心脏术后房颤是心脏手术后最常见的并发症, 发生机制尚不明确, 其可能与自主神经系统的激活、炎症以及触发活动引起异位放电和折返所致心房重构等因素有关。建立适宜的术后房颤动物模型是深入探讨术后房颤发生机制, 突破其预防和治疗方法的重要基础。本研究阐述了近年研究中心脏术后房颤动物模型的最新进展, 如经典的无菌性心包炎模型, 心房肌切开模型以及最新的模拟心脏不停跳下冠状动脉旁路移植术后自发房颤模型, 对比分析了各模型的优缺点, 并对常用的房颤实验动物进行了比较分析, 为今后探讨术后房颤机制的研究选择合适的模式动物提供一定的依据和参考。Postoperative atrial fibrillation(POAF)is the most common complication after cardiac surgery.Its underlying mechanism is still unclear.It may be related to the activation of the autonomic nervous system,inflammation and triggering activities that cause ectopic discharge and re-entry and lead to atrial remodeling.An appropriate animal model of POAF is fundamental for exploring its mechanism and developing effective prevention and treatment strategies.This study describes recent advances in animal models of POAF,such as the classic aseptic pericarditis model,atrial muscle incision model,and the latest spontaneous POAF after mimicked off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.We compare the pros and cons of each model and analyze the commonly used experimental animal.This review provides insights for future study on the mechanism of POAF and the selection of appropriate model animals.
