摘　　要：本文比较研究了人绒毛膜促性腺激素hcG对三种不同胚胎发育方式动物——牛蛙、鹌鹑和大白鼠的甲状腺分泌功能的影响;利用自动图像分析仪测定了三种动物的甲状腺组织学变化。The effects of human chorionic gonadotropin(hcG) on the thyroid functions of three deffrent kinds of animals ...... bullfrog, quail and rat in vivo, have been studied comparatively. Using the Quantimet Lmage Analysers (QMT -900), we measured the changes of thyroid histology in three kinds of animals. The results indicate;(1) hcG would enhance the serum T3 level in all three kinds of animals and the serum T4 level of quail. (2) hcG wonld induce the thyroid follicle volumes, areas and cell’s heights to increase in rat, and inversely it made the thyroid follicle volumes, areas and cell’s heights to decrease in quail, and had a little effect on the thyroid follicles of bullfrog.
