摘　　要：本文报道了人工培养的泰山1号线虫(Helerorhabditis sp.)对小白鼠的安全性测试。试验采用口服、腹腔注射、擦伤皮肤及滴眼等四种感染途径,并以0.85%的生理盐水和空白作对照。结果表明:处理后的小白鼠,对其行为,血相(红、白细胞),解剖内脏(心脏、肝、脾、胃、肺、肾、肠等)作组织切片,及繁殖率与对照组比较,未发现显著差异。The present paper reports safety test of artificial culturing nematodes Taishan NO.1,Heterdrhabditis sp.to mice Nematodes suspened in distilled water were adminstered orally,or injected into the peritoneal cavity,skin wound,and put drops in the eyes.Control groups were inoculated with pure distilled water without nematodes.The results shows that no significant difference can be detected from the treated and control groups in regard to their behavour,blood cells,histological structures of internal organs and breeding rates.
