合成洗涤剂对人和哺乳动物细胞的诱变性研究

摘　　要：各种合成洗涤剂(洗衣粉,洗发膏,餐具洗涤剂等)产量日增。在日常生活中使用越来越普遍。洗涤剂直接或间接通过环境污染对人类健康产生影响,特别是潜在的致突变性引起公众的普遍注意。而现有的研究结果并不一致。In the present paper, we used the micronuclei of bone marrow nucleated cells, meiotic chromosomal aberration in mice, chromosomal aberration of cultured human diploid cells line (KMB-17) and Chinese hamster cells (CHO), and sister chromatid exchange of CHO cells to test the mutagenicity of Longme synthetic detergent powder ("30" type and complex type) and Lijie liquid dinner service detergent. Our results showed no obvious increace of the frequency of micronuclei in mice orally administered 1000mg/kg detergent. When the doses of "30" type Longme synthetic detergent was over 100 and 500mg/kg/day f4 6 , and the accumulative doses reached 600 and 3000mg/kg, there are definite accumulative effect. No significant clastogenic effect of the synthetic detergents was observed in KMB-17 or CHO cells. The synthetic detergents in various doses and duration of treatment also caused no significant increase of meiotic chromosomal aberration in mice. A significant increase of SCE are found in groups of "30" type ( 8 μ-g/ml & 16μg/ml) and complex type (16μg/ml) synthetic detergent powder, respectively.
