摘 要:目的:系统观察四君子汤对高乳糖饲喂叠加水平台法及饥饱失常因素所致脾虚证模型的治疗作用并用栀子反证。方法:随机将60只SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、四君子汤低剂量组、四君子汤中剂量组、四君子汤高剂量组、栀子组6组各10只,造模及干预3周后检测血清D-木糖、胃蛋白酶原、胃饥饿素、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、肌肉三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)、糖原、血小板含量与小肠组织病理。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠体质量、抓力明显降低(P<0.01),粪便含水量明显升高(P<0.05),血清D-木糖和胃饥饿素含量、肌肉ATP和糖原含量均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清TG含量明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各四君子汤组大鼠体质量、抓力、肌肉糖原含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量组大鼠血清D-木糖、肌肉ATP含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)及血清TG含量明显降低(P<0.05),栀子组大鼠除肌肉糖原含量上升(P<0.01)外其他指标均无明显改善;模型组大鼠小肠绒毛和腺体结构完全破坏,各四君子汤组大鼠小肠结构完整,绒毛和腺体渐增密,以高剂量效果最明显。结论:四君子汤能够显著改善高乳糖饲喂叠加水平台法及饥饱失常因素所致脾虚证模型的一般体征、生化指标、病理表现,方与证互相印证,栀子不能改善上述指标则反证这一结论。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Sijunzi decoction on the model of spleen deficiency syndrome which caused by high lactose feeding plus water platform method and abnormal factors of hunger and satiety,and use Gardenia to counter prove that Sijunzi decoction can treat this model effectively.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Sijunzi decoction low-dose group,Sijunzi decoction middle-dose group,Sijunzi decoction high-dose group,Gardenia group.Each group had 10 animals.After 3 weeks of modeling and intervention,samples were collected to detect serum D-xylose content,pepsinogen,ghrelin,TG,muscle ATP and glycogen,platelets and the pathology of small intestine.Results:Compared with the normal group,the model group had significantly lower body weight and gripping force(P<0.01),significantly higher fecal water content(P<0.05),significantly lower serum D-xylose and ghrelin,muscle ATP and glycogen(P<0.05,P<0.01),significantly higher serum TG content(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,in every Sijunzi decoction group,gripping force and muscle glycogen content were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).In high-dose group,serum D-xylose and muscle ATP levels were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the content of serum TG was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the above indexes could not be ameliorated in the gardenia group,except for increased muscle glycogen content(P<0.01).The structure of the villi and glands in the small intestine of the model group was completely destroyed,while the structure of the small intestine in each Sijunzi decoction group was intact,and the villi and glands were gradually densified,especially in the high-dose group.Conclusion:Sijunzi decoction can significantly improve the general signs,biochemical indexes and pathological manifestations of spleen deficiency syndrome model caused by high lactose feeding plus water platform method and abnormal hunger and satiety factors.Sijunzi decoction and model confirm each other,and the fact that
