摘　　要：王万林教授认为瘿病在治疗时必须分期辨治并根据其各阶段的特点用药,将瘿病的发展分为前期、中期、后期三个阶段。瘿病前期多为实证,病位以肝为主,临床辨证以肝气郁结证和邪热外感证多见,治以疏肝解郁、化痰软坚或疏风清热、化痰散结;瘿病中期病位可从肝延及心脾,多属虚实夹杂之证,治以调肝心脾、理气祛瘀、化痰消瘿;瘿病后期多为虚证,病变涉及心、肝、肾、脾等脏腑,治以补虚为主、肝肾同调,同时注重心理疏导与辨证用药的有机结合。Professor WANG Wan-lin believes that Ying disease must be treated by stages according to the characteristics of each stage,and the development of Ying disease is divided into three stages:early stage,middle stage and late stage.In the early stage of Ying disease,it is mostly excess syndrome,and the location of the disease is mainly liver.The clinical syndrome differentiation is more common in liver Qi stagnation syndrome and exogenous pathogenic heat syndrome.The treatment is to soothe liver Qi and relieve depression,dissipate phlegm and soften hard mass,or dissipate wind and clear heat,dissipate phlegm and resolve hard mass.In the middle stage of Ying disease,the location of the disease can extend from liver to heart and spleen,mostly mixed with deficiency and excess.The treatment is to regulate liver,heart and spleen,regulate Qi and remove blood stasis,remove phlegm and gall.In the later stage of Ying disease,it is mostly deficiency syndrome.Pathological changes involve heart,liver,kidney,spleen and other Zang-fu viscera.The treatment is mainly to tonify deficiency,and regulate liver and kidney simultaneously.At the same time,pay attention to the organic combination of psychological counseling and using medicine according to syndrome differentiation.
