摘　　要：余瀛鳌认为子宫肌瘤的病因病机主要有风寒外感为先导、情志所伤为内由、外内合邪、痰凝血瘀、气血失和、虚实夹杂四个方面,围绕“其始为寒,继则为郁,终则为瘀”这一核心病机,并自创通治方柴桂消癥饮治疗子宫肌瘤,临床获得满意疗效。并在本方基础上,根据病程的长短和肌瘤的大小将子宫肌瘤分为早、中、晚三期分别辨证施治。早期以攻为主兼以祛风散寒,中期攻补兼施佐以调肝理气,晚期以补为主酌以活血通络,子宫肌瘤通治方在改善症状、减少子宫出血、纠正贫血、恢复体力等方面较西医有更大的优势,远期疗效稳定。YU Ying-ao believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of uterine fibroids mainly have four aspects:wind chill;emotional injury;phlegm coagulation and blood stasis;disharmony of Qi and blood,inclusion of virtual and actual.Around the core pathogenesis of"cold at the beginning,depression afterwards,and stasis at the end",YU Ying-ao created the Tongzhi prescription Chaigui Xiaozheng Yin to treat uterine fibroids,which obtained a satisfactory effect in clinical practice.Based on this prescription,according to the length of the disease course and the size of the fibroids,the uterine fibroids are divided into three stages:early,middle,and late,and they are treated according to the syndrome differentiation.In the early stage,it mainly focused on attack,and dispelling wind and cold is also used.In the mid-term,it must be both attack and tonic,supplemented by regulating liver and Qi.In the late stage,it is mainly tonic,and it is appropriate to promote blood circulation.YU Ying-ao's Tongzhi prescription for treating uterine fibroids has greater advantages than western medicine in improving symptoms,reducing uterine bleeding,correcting anemia,and restoring physical strength,and has a stable long-term effect.
