摘  要:对鲤科七种鱼的银染核型进行了比较研究。这七种鱼均有4个NORs。其中鲴亚科五种鱼的Ag-NORs彼此特征相似;鮈亚科的似刺鳊鮈sm染色体上的NORs与次缢痕的位置、形态一致;雅罗鱼亚科的鳡鱼sm同源染色体上的一对NORs显示相对大小异形。结合以前的工作,本文以NORs为指标,讨论了有关雅罗鱼亚科几种鱼的亲缘关系及亚科鱼类染色体进行保守等问题。Silver-stained karyotypes of 7 spacies of cyprinid fishes,namely Xenocypris argentea,X.davidi,X.sechuanensis,X.fangi and Plagiognathops microlepis of Xenocyprininae,Paracanthobrama guichenoti of Gobioninac and Elopichthys barnbusa of Leuciscinae were studied.4 NORs were found in all of these species.The features of the NORs among the 5 species in Xenocyprininac are alike.The location and morphology of NORs arc consistent with secondary constrictions on the chromosome sm3 of P.guichenoti.The relative size of NORs between the homologues sm6 of E,bambusa is apparently different.Based on the results of silver-stained karyotype studies in this paper and the data from conventional karyotype analyses reported by us previously,the polymor phisms of NORs in fishes,phylogenetic relationship of some species in Leuciscinae and chromosome evolution in Xenoeyprininae have been discussed.
