摘 要:2018年10月,雅鲁藏布江加拉村下游段发生多次堵江事件,形成堰塞湖和堰塞体。为科学合理地确定加拉堰塞湖风险等级,在堰塞体实地调查基础上,分析堰塞湖形成过程,对堰塞体进行物质结构分区和现场颗分试验,采用规范查表法、风险矩阵法、模糊数值法进行堰塞湖风险评估。综合考虑“以人为本、生命至上”原则和堰塞湖事件社会影响等因素,推荐加拉堰塞湖风险等级为Ⅱ-Ⅲ级。In October 2018,several river blocking incidents occurred in the lower reaches of Gala Village along Yarlung Zangbo River.In order to determine the risk level of the barrier lake scientifically and reasonably,the formation process of the barrier lake is analyzed based on the field investigation of barrier body.Meanwhile,the material structure zoning and field particle size test of the barrier body are carried out.And the risk classification of barrier lake is carried out by the methods of standard look-up table,dammed lake risk matrix and fuzzy numerical calculation.Finally,considering the factors such as“people-oriented,life first”principle and social impact of barrier lake event,the risk level of the lake is recommended as gradeⅡ-Ⅲ.
