摘　　要：120型控制阀由主阀、半自动缓解阀、紧急阀等构成,应用于铁路货车空气制动系统。120型控制阀作用不良会导致铁路货车发生抱闸等故障。结合抱闸故障产生原因,针对所依据的厂修、段修等修程,探讨120型控制阀检修质量控制要素,提出质量控制项点。现场运用表明,按照120型控制阀检修质量控制要素和项点开展检修工作,能够提高120型控制阀检修质量。The 120 control valve consists of master valve, semi-automatic release valve and emergency valve, etc.,which is applied to the air brake system of railway wagons. The failure of the 120 control valve will lead to braking and other failures in railway wagons. In combination with the fault causes of braking,and in view of maintenance procedures for shop repair and depot repair, etc. that are based on, the paper discusses on the maintenance quality control factors for the 120 control valve, and puts forward the quality control items and points. The field application shows that it is possible to improve the maintenance quality of the 120 control valve by carrying out maintenance according to the quality control items and points of the 120 control valve.
