摘　　要：为了杜绝因电气布线及配线防护不良造成的电气火灾隐患,分析厂修客车电气布线及配线防护现状。针对存在的工艺流程不规范、作业方法不详尽、闭环管理不到位、检验方法不完善4个问题,提出优化工艺流程、细化作业方法、处理频发性问题和优化作业文件4项改进措施,以提高客车厂修质量。In order to eliminate the hidden danger of electrical fire caused by allocation of electrical wire and wiring protection poorly,the paper analyzes the current protection situation of electrical wiring of the repaired passenger car in factory.Aiming at four main problems:non-standard technological process,incomplete operation method,incom⁃plete closed-loop management and imperfect inspection method,four improvement measures were put forward:opti⁃mizing the process,refining the operation method,dealing with frequent problems and optimizing the operation file,so as to improve the quality of factory repair.
