跨扩建高速公路钢箱梁施工方案研究——以京沪高速公路扩建工程为例

摘　　要：文章以京沪高速公路扩建工程为例,对钢箱梁步履式顶推施工工艺进行研究,分析了该工程的桥梁特点及施工条件,介绍了工程所应用的“前端步履式顶推+一次吊装到位”施工工艺,即前端钢箱梁先顶推跨路位置到位后,剩余节段一次吊装到位,通过全过程施工监测量测,施工过程中应力、成桥线行均满足要求,确保顶推施工顺利完成。该施工方案为今后跨扩建高速公路钢箱梁施工提供了指导和参考。Taking the expansion project of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway as an example,this paper studies the construction technology of steel box girder walking-type jacking,analyzes the bridge characteristics and construction conditions of the project,and introduces the construction technology of"front-end walking-type jacking+one-time hoisting in place"applied in the project,that is,the front-end steel box girder is first pushed into the cross-road position in place,and then the remaining segments are hoisted in place at one time.Through the monitoring and measurement of the whole construction process,the stress and completed bridge line in the construction process both meet the requirements to ensure the successful completion of the jacking construction.The construction scheme provides guidance and reference for the construction of steel box girder for cross-expansion expressway in the future.
