摘　　要：文章主要介绍了世界最大平头塔式起重机STT3930-200 t(QTP4065)的诞生与应用管理,阐述了重大装备的创新成果转化为桥梁重要生产力的理论和实践方法。在对该设备的管理中,注重装备生产细节,以标准化、智能化、信息化等管理理念,不断提升装备本质安全和生产效率,运用创新理念助力桥梁事业高质量发展。该设备成功完成了南京浦仪大桥大吨位钢塔吊装任务,将国之重器转变为桥之利刃。This paper mainly introduces the birth and application management of the world’s largest flat-top tower crane STT3930-200 t(QTP4065),and expounds the theoretical and practical methods of transforming the innovative achievements of major equipment into important productivity of bridges.In the management of this equipment,attention is paid to the details of equipment production.With the management concepts of standardization,intelligence and informatization,the intrinsic safety and production efficiency of the equipment are continuously improved,and the innovative concept is used to help the high-quality development of bridge industry.The equipment successfully completed the hoisting task of large-tonnage steel tower of Nanjing Puyi Bridge,and transformed the heavy equipment of the country into the sharp edge of the bridge.
