摘  要:后压浆技术是一种应用于桩基加固软土地基的方法,而带帽PTC管桩作为一种薄壁管桩,其承载力和防腐性能较差,这两个性能可以通过后压浆来提高。常用的压浆浆液通常为普通水泥浆。文章结合实际工程,研究带帽预应力混凝土薄壁管桩的加固。研究发现,采用水玻璃-工业废渣新型注浆浆料和经改进后的后压浆技术,不仅能提高带帽PTC管桩的性能,还能有效节约成本,落实绿色环保理念。Post-grouting technology is a method applied to pile foundations to reinforce soft soil foundations.As a kind of thin-walled pipe piles,capped PTC pipe pile has poor bearing capacity and corrosion resistance properties,which can be improved by post-grouting.The commonly used grouting slurry is usually ordinary cement slurry.This paper studies the reinforcement of capped PTC pipe piles combined with practical engineering.It is found that the use of a new type of grouting slurry of water glass-industrial waste residue and the improved post-grouting technology construction process can not only improve the performance of capped PTC pipe piles,but also effectively save costs and implement the concept of green environmental protection.
