含凉果生产废水的城镇生活污水处理厂扩容改造方案探讨

摘　　要：在有限的用地空间内实现污水全过程达标处理,污水处理工艺的选择是至关重要的。文章通过对含有凉果废水的城镇生活污水处理厂的实测水质进行统计学计算和分析,针对项目实际情况提出最佳的扩容改造方案:调整传统A/A/O微曝氧化沟工艺为A/A/O-MBBR组合工艺,同时新增磁混凝沉淀工艺,补齐深度处理单元的短板。实践证明,该方案具有投资省、运营费用低、耐水质冲击负荷能力高、改造内容少、改造时间短等特点,可为类似城镇生活污水处理厂的新建或者改造提供参考。The selection of sewage treatment process is very important to achieve the whole process standard treatment of sewage in limited land space.Based on the statistical calculation and analysis of the measured water quality of the urban domestic sewage treatment plant containing cold fruit wastewater,this paper puts forward the best expansion and reconstruction scheme according to the actual situation of the project:adjusting the traditional A/A/O micro-aeration oxidation ditch process to the A/A/O-MBBR combination process,and adding the magnetic coagulation sedimentation process to make up for the shortcomings of the advanced treatment unit.Practice has proved that the scheme has the characteristics of low investment,low operation cost,high water quality impact load resistance,less reconstruction content and short reconstruction time,which can provide references for the construction or reconstruction of similar urban domestic sewage treatment plants.
