摘　　要：文章全面阐述了公路交通工程安全设施设计应遵循的系统性、全局性、安全性原则,并以京沪高速公路扩建工程为例,从发光标志与路用反光设施,标线、标志和轮廓标,及护栏和限速设计三方面入手,进行全面分析,提出四项公路交通安全设施施工的技术要点。希望通过文章研究,为和谐交通目标的实现提供更多支持。This paper comprehensively expounds the systematic,overall and safety principles that should be followed in the design of highway traffic safety facilities.Taking the expansion project of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis from aspects of luminous signs and road reflective facilities,markings,signs and delineators,guardrail and speed limit design,and puts forward four technical points for the construction of highway traffic safety facilities.It is hoped that through the research,more support will be provided for the realization of the goal of harmonious traffic.
