地脚螺栓垫片连接不合格问题的原因探析

摘　　要：近年来,受大风天气、暴雪天气等极端天气环境影响,输电线路倒塔断线的事故常有发生,且由于城市建设的扩张,加之外力破坏等因素,杆塔基础倾斜、塔身扭曲变形,甚至倒塔的事故呈现出上升趋势。铁塔地脚螺栓垫片作为铁塔塔身与基础连接的组成件,对保持塔身与基础的连接紧密,传递塔身及附加载荷,增大连接面摩擦力等方面具有特别重要的作用,地脚螺栓的安装质量,也直接影响输电线路工程的达标评优,关系到输电线路的安全稳定运行。因此,文章将基于铁塔基础地脚螺栓垫片技术组件有效连接合格率现状调查和地脚螺栓垫片技术组件连接不合格问题的原因调查,对导致垫片技术组件发生工艺技术结构不合理问题的因素展开简要分析。In recent years,affected by extreme weather conditions such as strong winds and snowstorms,accidents of tower collapse and broken wires of transmission lines often occur.Due to the expansion of urban construction,combined with external damage and other factors,tower foundation tilt,tower body distortion and even tower collapse accidents show an upward trend.As a component of the connection between the tower body and the foundation,the tower foundation bolt gasket plays a particularly important role in maintaining the tight connection between the tower body and the foundation,transmitting the tower body and the additional load,and increasing the friction force of the connection surface.The installation quality of the foundation bolt also directly affects the standard evaluation of the transmission line project,which is related to the safe and stable operation of the transmission line.Therefore,this paper will conduct a brief analysis on the factors leading to the unreasonable technical structure of the gasket technical components based on the investigation of the current situation of the qualified rate of the effective connection of the tower foundation bolt gasket technical components and the investigation of the reasons for the unqualified connection of the foundation bolt gasket technical components.
