摘　　要：文章以云南省高速公路智慧交通系统作为研究对象,首先对系统的运行基础进行分析,然后阐述了其发展方向、管理目标和实现目标,接着提出通过构建数字化路网、开展管理系统建设、完善应急处置机制来实现云南高速公路智慧交通系统管理平台建设,最后分析了云南高速公路智慧交通系统的具体运用。在高速公路智慧交通系统建设成果的支持下,云南省高速公路交通运输管理水平显著提高,为出行公众提供了更加多样化的服务。Taking the intelligent transportation system of Yunnan expressway as the research object,this paper first analyzes the operation basis of the system,and then expounds its development direction,management goal and realization goal,and proposes to realize the construction of the intelligent transportation system management platform of Yunnan expressway by building a digital road network,carrying out management system construction,and improving the emergency disposal mechanism.Finally,the specific application of the intelligent transportation system of Yunnan expressway is analyzed.With the support of the construction achievements of expressway intelligent transportation system,the management level of expressway transportation in Yunnan Province has been significantly improved,and more diversified services have been provided for the traveling public.
